The campaign was launched to make it easier for Broadway fans to reserve tickets via their mobile devices and to drive sales for SPIDER-MAN: Turn Off the Dark by converting reservations to ticket purchases. In partnership with Situation Interactive, we created a mobile-optimized form within a mobile app to reserve tickets. We also deliver SMS reservation reminders, along with a unique coupon code, the week of the performance. A robust box office admin portal was also created that shows real-time reservation data.
